Tom Ryan has spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, as a casualty general adjuster and corporate trainer with GAB Robbins, an international claims adjustment company. Tom serves as the branch casualty general adjuster and directly investigates and handles major field losses for insurance carriers in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
In addition, he wrote an article, published in the National Underwriter, based on being the account supervisor for self-insured retention programs; such as municipalities, schools, religious organizations and product manufacturers, on local, regional and national levels. He also serves as president/education director of the Northern Kentucky Claims Association and has been an active member of the Cincinnati and Dayton Claims Associations.
