How does it work?
A: Approximately 2 days prior to the live program, registrants will receive login information via e-mail. Participants are encouraged to "brown-bag" their lunches and gather around a speaker phone to maximize program value for the agency. Internet access is required to access the webinar.

A: Each webinar starts at 12 p.m., ET, includes an open Q&A session, and will last approximately 45 min. to an hour.

How much will it cost?
A: $49/member, $69/nonmember. Fee is per phone line dialing in and includes a download of the webinar recording after the program.

Will I receive CE credit for attending?
A: No, webinars are not approved for CE credit.
