Lunch 'n' Learn programs will NOT be filed for CE, so participants will not need to take an exam.
*3-part March program, How to Combat the Commoditization of Personal Insurance in Your Agency, can be 
  purchased as a package or separately.
Approximate start time: Noon (Eastern Time Zone); duration approx. 45 minutes - 1 hour

Place: Your office!

Participants will need: Internet e-mail access to receive/view support materials; a telephone (or speaker phone if multiple participants)

Registration fees per phone dialing in: Live teleconference only: $49 members/$69 non-members; Live teleconference with multimedia CD reproduction of program: $65 members/$95 non-members



Upon registration, the primary participant will receive an initial registration confirmation via e-mail.

Approx 2-3 days prior to the live program, primary participants will receive via e-mail:

1.) Information on how to access the operator-assisted teleconference (one dial-in line per registration)

2.) A link to the slide-show presentation and support materials that will be addressed during the program (to view on a computer or print and distribute to other participants in your agency)

3.) An e-mail address to which you may send any questions you have before, during or after the program

4.) An evaluation form for each participant to complete and return to PIA (share with all participants via e-mail or print and return to PIA via fax.)
